This class is designed to help parents teach their infants and toddlers independent sleep and establish a consistent sleep routine. The class will cover topics such as sleep cycles, sleep environment, age-appropriate sleep needs and schedules, common sleep issues, and more. There will be a Q&A section during which you can get personalized advice by a sleep professional. By attending this sleep class, parents can feel more confident in their ability to help develop healthy sleep habits for children, which can lead to improved quality of life for the whole family.
