This class is designed to help expecting parents or parents of young infants navigate the newborn phase. The class will cover topics such as sleep cycles, safe sleep practices, routines, swaddling, and more. There will also be a Q&A section during which you can get personalized advice by a sleep professional. By attending this sleep class, parents can feel more confident in their ability to help develop healthy sleep habits for their babies, which can lead to improved quality of life for the whole family.
